Last Saturday, (01/03/2025) the Bradford South District Cubs came together for an exciting and fun-filled event – the Bradford South District Cubs Cooking Competition! Cubs from across the district teamed up to show off their cooking skills and creativity by preparing a delicious main course and a tasty dessert.
The teams worked hard and had a blast creating Bacon and Chicken Pasta for the main dish and American Pancakes with a variety of toppings for dessert. From chopping to stirring, the Cubs showed fantastic teamwork and even better culinary skills!
After some tough decisions and careful judging, the results were in:
1st Place: 5th Bradford South Cubs
2nd Place: 20th Bradford South Cubs
3rd Place: 65th Bradford South Cubs
A big congratulations to the 5th Bradford South Cubs for taking the top spot with their mouthwatering pasta and perfect pancakes! The 20th Bradford South Cubs came in second, and the 65th Bradford South Cubs earned third place – all for their hard work and delicious dishes.
This competition wasn’t just about winning – it was all about learning new skills, working together as a team, and, of course, having fun! The Cubs had a great time cooking, sharing ideas, and tasting each other’s creations.
A massive thank you to all the leaders, parents, and volunteers who helped organize the event and make it such a success. We couldn’t have done it without you!
