Scouts from across the District have taken part in the JOTA-JOTI 2024 event. This yearly event is held where Scouts from acorss the World can talk to each other via the various communication mediums on offer.
They have had a go at long and short range radios, as well as chatting via the chatrooms set up specifically for this weekend.
The Scouts have also had a go at learning about Morse Code and how to use it.
We’d like to personally thank Martin, John and Steve who took time out from their weekend to show our Scouts new skills and experiences.
