This week is Children’s Mental Health Week (5 to 11 February 2024) with the theme of ‘My Voice Matters’. It was set up by children’s mental health charity Place2Be and shines a spotlight on the importance of children and young people’s mental health.

In Bradford South, we like to help encourage our Young People to be open to talking about any issues that they may be going through. As well as helping them build up their toolkit to deal with any issues as they go forward in life.

We all have times where life feels trickier than usual. If you’re going through a difficult time, or you’re feeling a bit blue just remember “It’s ok to not be ok” and “It’s ok to talk”
